Data are imposed, stored and processed by us in the contextof the legal regulations at initiation, completion, clearing and unwinding of  a sales contract. At the visit of our internet offer there will be taken down the actual by your PC used IP-address, the date and the time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC as well as the visited sites.Conclusions on person-related data are thus however not possible for us and not intended either.

The person-related data you e.g. inform us at an order or by e-mail about (e.g. your name and your contact data) are only processed for the correspondence with you and only for the purpose, to which having you provided us with the data. We only pass your data on to the mail order business engaged to do the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.For the clearing of payments we pass your payment data on to the credit institution engaged to do the payment.

We assure that we do not pass your person-related data onto third parties as for the rest unless that we would be legally liable to do it or you have particularly consented before. As far as we take up services of third parties for the carrying out and clearing of manufacturing processes, the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Law are adhered to.

Duration of the storage

Person-related data which have been transmitted to us over our web site are saved only in such a way for a long time until the purpose for which they were entrusted to us is filled. As far as trade and retention times relating to taxation law have to be taken into account, the duration of the storage of particular data can be up to 10 years.

Your rights

If you are no longer agreeable with the storage of your personal data ore those got false we will arrange for the deletion, correction or blocking of your date because of a corresponding instruction in the context of the legal regulations.  On request you receive free of charge information about all personal data we have saved over you.
